Bridges Johnson, M.Ed., LAT, ATC was hired ahead of the 2021-2022 school year to be a Certified Athletic Trainer for the Wildcats.

A 2019 graduate at the University of Southern Mississippi, Johnson began his career in Athletic Training as a Graduate Assistant for Jones College in Ellisville. Upon completion of his M.Ed. in Interscholastic Athletic Administration from William Carey University in 2020, Bridges relocated to Daphne, Alabama as an employee of Encore Rehabilitation to assist in the coverage of Daphne High School.
In early 2021, Johnson was given the opportunity to rejoin the MACCC via a transfer within Encore Rehabilitation. 

Johnson assists in the care, coverage, and rehabilitation of the over 200 student-athletes at PRCC. Along with his Athletic Training duties, Bridges is also an adjunct instructor for the Health, Physical, and Recreation Department. Bridges is licensed to practice Athletic Training in both Mississippi and Alabama. 

Johnson is originally from Stringer, and he is a member of United Methodist Church. He often spends his free time with family, his wife Lauren, friends, or his two dogs- Ripley and Fisher.
