Two Wildcats selected to compete in inaugural Hall of Fame 3-on-3 event
POPLARVILLE, Miss. — The postseason accolades continue for members of the Pearl River women’s basketball team. Sophomores Taylor Johnson-Matthews (Charles F. Brush; Cleveland, Ohio) and Hama’ya Fielder (Philadelphia; Neshoba Central) were selected to participate in the inaugural NJCAA Women’s Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame 3-on-3 event later this month in Knoxville, Tenn.

Pearl River's Taylor Johnson-Matthews earns NJCAA All-America selection

Pearl River’s magical season comes to an end in the NJCAA DI National Tournament
CASPER, Wyo. – The Pearl River women’s basketball magical season came to an end after a hard-fought contest against Eastern Arizona in the first round of the NJCAA DI National Tournament in the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper, Wyo. on Tuesday. In their first NJCAA Tournament appearance since 2003, the Wildcats battled in a back-and-forth contest before the Gila Monsters pulled away in the fourth quarter for a 56-45 win.

Pearl River women earn at-large bid into National Tournament
POPLARVILLE, Miss. — The Pearl River women’s basketball team isn’t done yet. The National Junior College Athletic Association announced its 24-team field for the upcoming Division I Women’s National Tournament and the Wildcats earned an at-large bid and the No. 13 seed.
