Reigning MACCC Champion Pearl River women's basketball announces 2024-25 schedule

POPLARVILLE, Miss. — The reigning MACCC Co-Champion Pearl River women's basketball team has announced its 2024-25 schedule as the Wildcats prepare to defend their 2023-24 crown.

Pearl River starts the season with two straight home games. Enterprise State travels to Marvin R. White Coliseum on Nov. 1, and Andrew College makes the trip on Nov. 2.

The Wildcats compete in the Gulf Coast Classic in Perkinston on Nov. 8-9. PRCC takes on Enterprise State on the first day and Calhoun on day two.

PRCC hosts the Pearl River Classic on Nov 14-15, hosting perennial powerhouse Mineral Area and Chattahoochee Valley. 

The Wildcats then play on back-to-back days on Nov. 19-20, going to Chattahoochee Valley on the 19th and then to Southern Union on the 20th. PRCC plays its final home game of 2024 on the 23rd as Southern-Shreveport comes to Marvin R. White Coliseum. 

Pearl River then competes in four straight road contests. On Nov. 25, the Wildcats go to Gadsden State and follow it with a trip to Coastal Alabama – North on Dec. 10.

Pearl River's final road games of 2024 come at the Shelton State Classic on Dec. 14-15 where the Wildcats square off with Three Rivers and Walters State.

The Wildcats open 2025 with their final non-conference against Coastal Alabama – North on Jan. 11. 

MACCC action picks up Jan. 13 at Coahoma and home against East Central Jan. 15. The Wildcats head to Hinds Jan. 21 and return to Marvin R. White Coliseum Jan. 23 against Itawamba.

After a trip to Meridian on Jan. 27, archrival Gulf Coast makes the short trip to Poplarville Jan. 30. The Wildcats then make the long trek to Senatobia on Feb. 3 to square off against Northwest before hosting Southwest Feb. 6.

Pearl River hits the road Feb. 10 to take on Copiah-Lincoln, and East Mississippi comes to town three days later on Feb. 13. 

PRCC's next road contest is Feb. 17 at Holmes before it hosts rival Jones College Feb. 20. The final road trip of the year is Feb. 24 at Mississippi Delta and the Wildcats host Northeast for the regular-season finale Feb. 27. 

TICKETS
Basketball season tickets are available now for $86, granting access to all home regular-season games. Single-game tickets are $8 in advance and $10 on the day of the game. Tickets can be purchased at PRCCAthletics.com/Tickets.
