Pearl River golf stumbles at East Central Invitational

PHILADELPHIA, Miss. — The Pearl River golf team stumbled at the East Central Invitational, finishing in 11th place. The Wildcats shot a 355 in the first round before earning a 367 in the second round.

Cole Ward (Laurel; Northeast Jones) and Cort Miley (Carriere; Pearl River Central) were PRCC's top two finishers as they tied for 59th place. They each had a two-day total of 174. 

Eli Rawls (Picayune; Pearl River Central) earned a plus-22 on day one followed by a plus-20 on the second day. He finished with a two-day stroke total of 186 for 63rd place.

Brock Craft (Carriere; Pearl River Central) and Jake Rogers (Carriere; Pearl River Central) rounded out the PRCC golfers, finishing in 64th and 65th place respectively.
