POPLARVILLE, Miss. — Pearl River's UCA National Champion cheer squad is hosting tryouts for the 2022-23 season. 

Cheerleaders who are interested will need to submit a skills video, a brief intro video and a fight song video to head coach Sarah Smith at scsmith@prcc.edu.

The skills video will need to include standing and running tumbling, switch up lib, full up, round off up and backhand spring up. The intro video is exactly that — tell Smith about yourself and why you want to cheer at PRCC. For the fight song video, go to @PRCCCheer on Instagram and submit a video using the song.

Deadline to submit is Sunday. The team will be announced on May 9.
