Hello All PRCC Softball Alumni,

 

I am so excited about the things that are happening here at Pearl River Softball. I wanted to reach out to everyone before the start of a new year to share the exciting news about our grandstands. The Pearl River Community College softball program is very special and we are in the process of getting a major upgrade to the grandstands. We would love your help and support during this project. We have a few different ways you can sponsor our program and I would love to talk more about them to you all. Please feel free to call us or email us for any other information. All of these sponsorships are ongoing and can be placed at any time. Lastly, we plan to recognize any alumni that would like to attend our home run derby on Friday Oct. 22, 2021. We would love for you to come out, meet everyone, and get a chance to show off your skills with a few swings of your own if you wish! I hope each of you will take time to come out to see what is happening at the River.

 

    1    Buy a Jersey: Each jersey is $30. This is a great display and remembrance of your years here at The River.

 

    2    The Legacy Lounge Plaques: These are Plaques you can purchase to go on our legacy lounge in right field. They are a 4x6 plaque with your name, number, accolades, and years you were here. One time payment of $150.00 that will last a lifetime.

 

    3    Buy a Chairback Seat in our New Stadium:  Each new seat will have a name plate and will be your personal seat when attending games. $150 for one year plus a season pass or $175 for two years plus a season pass for two years. There is an annual renewal fee of $50.00 after the years paid for.

 

****Alumni Special: Get a Chairback and a Legacy Lounge Plaque for $250. Legacy Lounge Plaque is a life time name plate and the Chairback will be an annual renewal fee of $50.00 after 2 years.

 

    4    Sponsor A Sign on our Outfield Fence: Sign sponsoring can be paid over a 3 or 5 year period and will be displayed for as long as sponsored. The sign is hung on our new pro-style padded wall and will be seen throughout all of our live streamed games, and home games, as well as any camps, tournaments, or leagues that we will host throughout the year. The signage also comes with apparel throughout each year of sponsorship, acknowledgement on our live stream, and two free passes in to any home games. This donation can be written off on your taxes as well. The total cost over a 3 or 5 year period is $10,000.
