  • 144 Pearl River student-athletes earn 2024-2025 MACCC All-Academic recognition

    POPLARVILLE, Miss. – The Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference recognized 144 Pearl River student-athletes for earning Distinguished or All-State academic recognition. Student-athletes with a GPA 3.8 or higher earn Distinguished honors, and those with a GPA between 3.25 and 3.79 receive All-State distinction. Forty-five Wildcats were recognized with Distinguished honors and 99 with All-State honors.
  • 2 PRCC programs named MACCC Academic Team of the Year; 11 earn 3.0 or better

    POPLARVILLE, Miss. — The Mississippi Association of Community Colleges Conference recently announced its Academic Teams of the Year, and a pair of Pearl River programs earned the distinction. Men's basketball won the award by finishing the year with a 3.22 GPA and Rodeo took home the award for a second year in a row with a 3.45 GPA.

    ORLANDO, Fla. - The Pearl River cheer team continued to set the bar high on the national stage, winning its third UCA National Championship in four years. The Wildcats, under the direction of head coach Sarah Smith, struck gold on Saturday, winning the 2025 All-Girl Game Day Championship.
